How To View Salesforce Lead and Contact Email History

The VR Email History Object allows you to view the email history for your leads and contacts from directly within their individual records. VR Email History allows you to see:
  1. The name of every email an individual has received and whether they opened it, clicked a link (and if so, what link they clicked), bounced back or unsubscribed from each message.
  2. The name of the person who sent each email and the time they sent it out.
  3. A copy of each email (you must click on the name of the email to see this). We host these copies, so they do not count against your Salesforce storage space.
  4. A dialog box will appear to explain you'll receive an email as soon as your stats have finished updating (this shouldn't take very long).

If you don't see the VR Email History Object in your records, it means you need to add it to your Lead and Contact page layouts.
