In addition to the reporting data found under your VR Statistics tab, VerticalResponse provides custom objects and dashboards that allow you to put your stats directly to use within your Salesforce reports and records. To update your email stats back to Salesforce:
Go to the VR Statistics tab or the Recently Sent Emails section within the VR Email tab.
Select one or more emails whose statistics you'd like to update. It's a good idea to update stats from an email two or three times over the course of a few weeks after it goes out. This ensures you catch all your opens, clicks and unsubscribes.
Click the Update Statistics button.
You'll receive an email once your stats finish updating (this shouldn't take very long).
Your stats will now be available directly within your Salesforce records. Now you can start using the VR Email History Object, reports, custom dashboards and all the Salesforce reporting we provide.
