Please check the following permissions in your Salesforce Setup (you may need Salesforce Administrator access).
- Login to your Salesforce account
- Go to Setup | View Installed Packages and click VerticalResponse for AppExchange (Version 3.0)
- Set API Access to unrestricted
- Go to Administration Setup | Manage Users | Profiles
- Click Edit for the profile associated to your Salesforce account
- Under Tab Setting set both Leads and Contacts to Default On
- Under Custom Object Permissions, at the bottom of the page, check Read/Create/Edit/Delete VR Email History Contact and VR Email History Lead
Once the changes have been made, log out of your account and try again. Let us know if you run into further difficulties.
