On the event transaction history page, you may see an attendee with two lines, one that reads successful, and another that reads unsuccessful. In most cases this means that the attendee tried to complete the ticket purchase twice. The first attempt failed (usually a mis-typed credit card number or browser time out), so they tried again. The transaction history keeps a record of all transactions, completed or failed, so the page is just letting you know what happened with this attendee. If you see a history of failed transactions with a particular attendee, you may want to reach out and see if they need some help or are experiencing a problem that we can help with.
